Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags must remain attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

How to Request a Return

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team at info@kmsumu.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • All original tags must remain attached.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Restocking Fees

Kmsumu does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if applicable.

Any exceptions will be clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
