We currently ship throughout the United States.

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

While we will do our best to assist, Kmsumu is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched.
